Vegetarian Nachos Recipe with Black Beans
Ingredients
- 8 ounces tortilla chips
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- Hot sauce, to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Arrange the chips on a baking sheet.
3. Top the chips with black beans, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, olives, onion, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic powder, and cumin.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Garnish with sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce, if desired.
6. Serve immediately.
